Cesky Krumlov Wax Museum
Open since 2001, Cesky Krumlov Wax Museum is built on an area of 600 m2. Located on Kájovská Street in the city center, the museum is among the things to do in Cesky Krumlov, even though it is not a large-scale museum.
You can see the statues of Bohemian kings and emperors such as Charles IV, Franz, Josef, Rudolf II. There are also rooms dedicated to the professions and daily life of the Middle Ages and the people who worked here were tried to be revived.


In the museum, there are also wax statues of Cassanova, who is known as an adventurer and met Voltaire, Benjamin Franklin and Mozart during his boundless journey, Czech soprano Emme Destinova, composer Antonin Dvorak, Mozart, one of the best composers of classical music, Bedrich Smetana, the founder of Czech music, and painter Egon Schiele, who lived in Cesky Krumlov for a while but had to leave due to his nude works.


If you have time, visit the museum, which includes famous names such as Michael Jackson and Tina Turner, who made pop music, as well as famous political figures such as Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Pope.
